The Position: 

• Be a leader of the day-to-day activities of our growing practice.

• Along with the Practice Manager, establish systems, long term treatment plans and protocols for all aesthetic patients; both new to the practice and those who are established, through intermittent follow up and consultations.

• Be an ambassador of the practice through outreach to local business and prospective patients and on social media platforms

• Provide treatments to patients of Radiance in modalities including Dermal Filler, Botox, Laser Hair Removal, IPL, Dermal Needling (including Radio Frequency) & BioStimulators.

• Assist providers in New Patient Aesthetic Consultation/Analysis.

• Assist in managing pre/post treatment care including direct patient communication via phone calls, text, emails or written notes.

• Follow the brand driven customer service training and injector training to provide a truly unique, caring experience for each and every patient. The end goals of amazing outcomes, consistency, and an elevated level service will be achieved utilizing the process of assessment using The Radiance Care Plan, collaboration with patient on treatment goals, the treatment itself, post-treatment follow up and evaluation under the supervision of the Senior Medical Staff

• Successfully complete the Radiance Wellness & Beauty training plan on injectables and customer service:

  • Deliver best in class cosmetic treatments following the guidelines and under the supervision of the Senior Medical Staff

  • Conduct client consults and formulate treatment plans 

  • Leverage resources and tools provided by Radiance while collaborating effectively with our team to provide the best results possible.

  • Educate clients on all offerings of Radiance

  • Cross-sell procedures and products that complement treatments and enhance results 

• Contribute to our marketing strategy through

  • Daily IG posts & stories on professional page

  • Initiate community outreach, communications, and PR 

  • Twice weekly contribution to Radiance Instagram

  • Leadership and execution of quarterly online live webinars as determined by annual marketing plan 

  • Contribute educational pearls in monthly staff meeting 

  • Collect weekly patient testimonials and reviews

• Detailed charting and documentation of patient files

• Synergistically work with Radiance management, ownership, injectors and support staff 

• Comply with required protocols, requests and compliance policies 

• Effectively utilize all IT systems to include but not limited to Patient CRM, client engagement software and all other equipment 

• Champion our implementation of EMR on Zenoti
